Buried AliveThis is probably one of my least favourite Jacueline Wilson books i ve read I don ever recall reading his as a child so maybe hings would have been different if I read it back hen but as an adult here were just some off hings with his bookThe main issue for me is he whole book seems o be focused on Biscuit s weight every page here is a comment on it how he should go on a diet or just ridiculous focus on he amount of food hat he eats I get it s meant o be a children s book but when His Very Special Nurse the overwhelming focus appearso be on someone s weight it starts o get a little bit harmful for me The plot felt uite weak o me and A Scandalous Situation the ending was so sudden it had me pausinghere was no wrap up o his story which Wilson normally does uite well It just suddenly ends as if The Secret Millionaire there s a few pages missing It wasn errible at all but it just isn one of my favourites I was pleasantly surprised o find his itle as he previous Jacueline Wilson books I have read have been aimed at young women rather han a mixed audience Buried Alive is the ale of a boys adventure which happens o feature a rather familiar female character tale of a boys adventure which happens o feature a rather familiar female character Kelly as a side
