25 Stars Up until the end of the book I was undecided between three and four stars but the end The Kitchen Linens Book Using Sharing and Cherishing the Fabrics of Our Daily Lives left me undecided between two and three WhyBecauseThe end is sort of a cliffhanger but there s no follow up book It was unsatisfactory the three main stories get wrapped up by the head angel in a very very short chapter and that s it Also there is no romance for the protagonist Charlotte The book is all about her getting over her ex and theives of her best friend Fiona and sister Kate And I know that she s an angel but the author could have slipped in a fellow training angel and make them bump into each others during their trainingangelic duties right And finally the amount of back story conversations with the dad And Descriptions Of Heavenly Offices Or So descriptions of heavenly offices or so simply too much and too ongOn the positive side the book has some funny moments and the idea of having uncensored access to your ex is great and was the best part of the book A book I picked up randomly at a used bookstore ended up being such a fun read Switching between focusing on four different people s ives this book makes you want to keep reading without putting the book down So good Got me feeling all the feels I actually really truly enjoyed reading this novel I was worried I d end up asking for MY money back but I am glad Claudia Carroll proved me wrongYes it s a ight fluffy story even though the protagonist is actually in a coma and yes it is uite predictable but I still enjoyed it immensely It is the kind of thing I really Ok I m really sorry to say this and I m sorry if I m offending anyone but this book is terrible I made it to page 40 before giving up and read a couple of parts throughout the book but it didn t get betterThe main character just complains about everyone in the first chapter and only talks abit how terrible her ife first chapter and only talks abit how terrible her Dirla tutta sul mercato globale. Idee per un'economia mondiale assennata life The book is cheeay and filled with sentences I ve read before I don t want to struggle through this anyonger DNF I felt Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome: America's Legacy of Enduring Injury and Healing like I d read it all before it was aittle try Charlotte Grey is hovering between ife and death but the weird thing is it's taken a coma for her to finally open her eyes and see things clearly Namely that she's made a complete mess of her short time on Earth and don't even get her started on the five precious dating years she's just wasted on the worthles. .
Ng about her even as I wanted to throttle her for being so dense Where the but I m torn part comes so dense Where the but I m torn part comes is with the book s predictability You can see every big revelation and plot twist coming miles away This wouldn t be so bad considering that chick it books tend to be a The Gold's Gym Training Encyclopedia little formulaic by nature but when you add in the parts of the book where the plot got aittle dull it became a chore to read at times The amount of times where Charlotte visits her family members really could have been reduced greatly because most of what she does ends up being the same as the ast time she saw them I d express irritation over how completely devoid Charlotte is of common sense she wouldn t know completely devoid Charlotte is of common sense she wouldn t know s raining even if her head was soaked but as this is something that was brought up in the book as a plot element I figured that I d give it a pass If anything Charlotte s moronic nature was something of a how much simple minded can you get form of entertainment where I eagerly turned the pages ike a crack addicted chipmunk to see exactly what she d do next Even with all of the irritation I would occasionally feel throughout the book I was somehow unable to put it down This might not Redeeming the Republic Federalists Taxation and the Origins of the Constitution live up to the high standards put out by Kinsella s fare but Paradise was still an addicting read and I know Il be tracking down the author s other works Carroll still has a way to go but I have a feeling I will end up staying with her for the Guide to the Contemporary Harp long haul My recommendation For anyone whooves chick Plato and Parmenides: Parmenides' Way of Truth and Plato's Parmenides lit this is something youl probably want to read but you might want to flip through it first or check it out at the ibrary 3 out of 5 starsARC provided by Netgalley Irritating book full of clich s and repetitions Even the dialogues are boring Charlotte "Is Annoying Selfish Bitchy "annoying selfish bitchy totally dumb The problems are solved by the end of the story kind of but not thank to Charlotte s deeds Further I don t think her character is developed at all Pretty cover and witty title but there is nothing else positive in this book. With So when Charlotte is offered a chance to go back to Earth this time as a bonafide angel she jumps at itBut there's a catch The person she's assigned to watch over is a certain James Kane Which is where the fun really starts Well just because she's passed on doesn't necessarily mean she's moved on does it.
